The 30th chapter of the Book of Proverbs makes several interesting comparisons and extrapolations on common themes. Some of which we have mentioned in some form previously like the fire that won't go out until you stop putting wood on it! On it's own it would never say "that's enough".
One of the interesting things to me is the fact that the writer is different from yesterday's proverb but there is a repeated message found in verse 5: "Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him". (emphasis mine)
A lot of times when the scripture repeats itself in the following verse or chapter it's because we need to be sure we get the message... "put their trust in the him".
And as I said yesterday when I see the word TRUST I think of an acrostic for the word FAITH...
